Our Liverpool City Centre Student accommodation has been so popular that there'll be more to choose from in 2010/2011. Despite the economic doom and gloom we're upbeat and focused on expanding our student portfolio with several new and existing developments superbly located close to Liverpool and JM Uni's, many of which will have allocated private parking spaces.

The Dragons Den is a new development of 7 self contained flats accommodating 23 double bedrooms, with private parking.

New in the mix will be The Tempest, a newly constructed contemporary development of hi spec self contained student apartments located in the heart of the city.

We're also expanding our very popular City Central House, the closest student accommodation to all the uni's, adding 10 double rooms in 2 self contained flats with private parking.

All bedrooms will have LCD TVs and Broadband Internet, and all newly fitted kitchens come complete with washer/dryers and dishwashers aswell as the usual facilities.
