Emergency Tenant Helpline
We provide an Emergency Tenant Helpline manned by our own staff who are used to dealing with stressful situations and identifying what is an emergency and what is not.
We describe an emergency as anything potentially harmful to you, and/or the property such as gas leaks, water leaks or electrical problems.
In an emergency, we will arrange for you to get help.
If you lock yourself out, there is a call out charge which is £75.00 between 8pm and 8am and at weekends and Bank Holidays. On Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day this is £100 - this is paid to the unfortunate member of staff who has to attend. In other words, please don't lock yourself out but if you do we will come to the rescue!
If you lock yourself out between 8am and 8pm on weekdays, there is a £50.00 charge.
